    Morning everyone. Happy Monday.

Rough night. Youngest kept waking up crying... Not sure why. Doesn't seem "sick" except a cold and congestion. She slept in my bed with the wife, and I slept with my son in his bed... Slept like shit because he wouldn't stop moving ALL NIGHT, literally.

Add that to flying solo at work all week, and it's gonna be a great start to the week... NOT.

Wheel locks are stupid, people want your wheels they will have them...

Mudflaps, don't pay a penny for any OEM or the weather tecs, they just rip off anytime you go off pavement. Rockblocks makes nice ones that can withstand cold, bending and a offroading...and I didn't drill to put them in either.

Bed MAT!!! Yes, do this!!! 1000000% yes. Otherwise your shit is sliding alllllll around everytime you touch the gas. If you use your truck to carry stuff, this is a must IMO.

Like others said, Husky floormats or nothing, weather tec isn't the right material, I've made that mistake and won't do it again. Huskys "rubber" feel is much better.

I agree. You can either come back to a truck on blocks or a truck on blocks with a broken window.

I was unhappy with my seats as well. I was ready to move on from the Tacoma. On long drives my back would kill me. I first installed the rear seat risers from olecoot in the For Sale section. Seemed to help a little. I recently installed the Clazzio leather covers and seat heaters. I think the covers provide a little more support than stock. I would try the seat risers before swapping out seats, which I think would be quite expensive.

Edited to add link to risers: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/fs-aluminum-seat-spacers-for-seat-mod.563843/

I had issues with my seats but not right away. After 7-8 years, I began to notice my legs falling asleep and the lumbar was horrible. I messed with seat risers but didn't fell like it helped. Removed the risers and bought Clazzio seat covers. The extra cousion in the covers really helped and I added these inflatable lumbar cushions under the seat covers which made a world of difference.

I can only quote my old mechanic Tom Bondo ... wheel locks and bike locks help keep honest folks honest. Yes, if someone wants to they will but if there is just a bit of resistance they may pass you by.

True but here's why I say don't bother:

A few years ago, I used to work with a toolmaker that lived in a condo complex in Waterbury that the thieves hit. He didn't have locks and they took the wheels but the cars with locks had the windows broken and the wheels were still stolen. They also went through the cars that they broke into. Wheel locks are always in the vehicle, somewhere - and they know it.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately I installed Clazzio's from day one (like the look but still uncomfortable) I would say it's just me but when I drive my wife's Cherokee I'm like why can't my seats be this comfortable? Toyota, please take note. Upgrade the seats!

    Evening guys.
Sick day today (for real so that sucks).

Are you getting a pro? Mine came with sill protectors, all wx mats and carpeted ones. Best I can tell, the factory adds whatever options it wants. I was told a 2017 pro at the dealer came with a bed mat and tonneau cover.
