It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
Looks nice. And thanks again for that Tuffy box. Got it installed today.

What the eff is the secret to these Blue Sea 12v power outlets? I have power and ground in the right places, but for some reason I cannot multiple plug ins to work.

You are a smart guy.. I'm sure you have DC to the outlet. That said, is the Blue Sea outlet a deep or shallow one? I have a shallow (short) plugin, in my work truck and the outlet is a deep style. So, I have to push the plugin so far that it's a total pain to pull out.

I don't feel so smart! I used a logic probe to check to make sure it was wired correctly. Ground all around and power deep down. I would have to guess these are the deep style. One of them was part of a panel and the other one was separate. Even if one of them is messed up the other one in the panel should be fine. There's a USB plug with it that works fine and so does the voltmeter.

Anyway, I'm sure that at least one of the devices I plugged in is working. I tested it in another car and it was fine.

Guess I can try more force?

    Haha. Come on now.

This pic does no justice as to how deep this is pushed in. If it wasn't for the little material loop attached to it, I wouldn’t be able to get it out.

    A thing or two...
Where is the plug mounted and what gauge wire did you run from the battery to the outlet? If the run is long and the wire is tiny, you could be getting a significant voltage drop when you try to pull a load.

It's where the OEM plug was. I used the same wire that ran to the OEM. It's probably 22 AWG or so.

Do it, the 4runner is awesome! We took output for a trip to old town alex last night and that thing can get up and move when merging on 66. That and the heated seats;)

Didn't some peeps in here take their truck to ECGS for the axle bearing thing swap? Was curious what their out the door cost is. I go right by them on my way to my parents, so I figured....

I think They quoted like $120 or something if you have the bearing and seal already. I was Supposed to get it done on my way by then but plans got changed and i diverted. Still need to do it.
