My unemployed roommate asked if he could negotiate lower rent. I said I would in exchange for dog care and snow shoveling and he's fucked up on both so far.

I knew better when I let a friend move in , I hope that me holding him accountable doesn't become the end of our friendship

 

Plan on it well hopefully it just wakes him up and not ends your friendship man

 

My best friend and I lived together when we went to college, after about a year we were enemies. He was a total slob and never took care of anything he touched in the apartment, but I wasn't very good at communicating with him that it bothered me. We didn't speak for probably 5 years after we went our separate ways, but these days we're back to being friends again. Took awhile...living with friends is risky business. I imagine renting to them can be even trickier

Tried to find a use for my RTT rack outside holding an RTT.

I tried to like it, but it just looks silly. Maybe it needs a basket.

Why? You've essentially removed a majority of usable bed space.

I use my truck as a truck, I don't use it to off-road. I haul trash, lumber, equipment, and use it tow frequently.
