I've been to tar hollow a few times. That would be within a couple hours of you. It's all old forestry roads. But theres a lot of private land that's easy to accidently get onto. That's about all I can think of off the top of my head. It's best to go there with someone that knows the area well.

@Tretiak30 I would imagine you have been hands on w/ these wheels prior to deciding to offer them. I just came across them last evening & I really their designs. Have you had a chance to run them for any period of time? The design focus seems very smart.

Ok, am in need of advice. I want to lift the truck before a planned trip to Moab and Colorado next fall. I just put on 33s (yes, I know I should have done the lift first but I was in need of tires and couldn't afford to do both at once so I figured I'd put up with a tiny bit of rubbing for a short while). I'd like to keep the lift cost down as much as possible (less than $1300 if doable) as I am also trying to save up for the trip while simultaneously keeping the wife happy by remodeling the house.
What suggestions do you have? Keep in mind I probably wouldn't be able to do it myself as I have lack of knowledge and my garage (narrow 1 car) is not big enough to handle a job like this so would need to include install costs.

@Tretiak30 might be able to get you a deal. He's a dealer now and installer.

Honestly with that budget and install pretty limited options. Used is probably what you'll find other than a shitty spacer lift (which no one will recommend for MOAB/Colorado) I'm in PA, but there are plenty of TW folks with knowledge that may be able to help with install. Most likely you're looking for OME or Bilstein up front and AAL in rear for your budget. Good luck and start browsing the marketplace.

Also, post in the NE Craigslist Finds thread. There are some pretty savvy searchers in that thread.

Hey guys. I picked up some OR alloys for my SR to replace the steelies. I didn't realize that both the TPMS and the lug nuts from the existing wheels won't transfer over for the new wheels. Has anyone picked up aftermarket lug nuts and been happy with them? If so, which ones. And has anyone had success using the TPMS from the steel wheels in new alloys? I've heard mixed things on this forum. Also, if anyone has TMPS and lug nuts laying around after a mod, I'm sure we could come up with a deal.

As a side note: I have tube steps off a 2019 TRD OR DC and the hardware if anyone is interested. Let me know.

On the plus side, the grill swap turned out well.Tacoma Grill Swap.jpg

Grandparents used to live in Dennison. Lived in Coshocton all my life.

Looked at the weather, it's just supposed to be windy and mid-50's.

I think the farm is near Zanesville, that still Coshocton county, correct?
My uncle Johnny lives at the farm and my dad just bought a nice trailer to put on his portion of the farm for use as a hunting cabin when my brother, nieces and nephew are out from PA.

They came out this last weekend for youth hunt.

Dresden and Frazeysburg is still Coshocton county and is 10-15 minutes from Zanesville. I'm about 35 minutes away from Zanesville.

I think it's around the area where that crazy serial killer was driving around shooting people with a hunting rifle. Back in the 80's?

    Do you remember that?
