Long time for simple service at Kia today, and an alignment was needed and added. But Pemberg's brother gave me a $50 coupon for next visit. Home in time to take out trash and eat. They can't decide what it's going to do here tomorrow, but I think I can empty some garage trash and finish sorting, because that is "inside" the garage.

Wish I knew an insurance expert for Brandon, because I think they are going to get screwed!

 

Gap has always been offered to me through whoever is financing the car.

 

Regular insurance should give you value of the car at the time.
If you bought "full replacement" with your insurance, that should replace the car with an equivalent car that was lost.
GAP (though the sales contract) is a separate insurance that PAYS the difference between the value of the car when wrecked, and what YOU OWE. (actually pays the loan!)
YOU SHOULD have a replacement, equal Prius by my reckoning. But you need a real agent to help you. At least.

Well glad you were able to get it all knocked out even if it took forever. Looks like its gonna be thunderstorms here tomorrow so that might not be a bad choice working in the garage. As shitty as it is, i think youre right. The insurance companies can be a real struggle to deal with..

 

If it rains and is damp, the humidity won't actually be as bad as if it's hot! So, that's a good thing. The Niro is a small car, and has made several trips on old highways to Missouri, on low profile 17" wheels! So, not surprising it needs it. Now I can get better than 42 and back up to 47 mpg!

Well their apraiser are supposed to go and look at it tomorrow morning from there the determine whether it's totaled or repairable then after that we'll see what the insurance does

Ha i dont have a winch so it could be even better when both of us end up stuck

 

I think starting next year I'm going to start a new trend and I'm going to be the most recovered for Austin and San Antonio TTC

 

I got a winch remember you put it on

 

you stay on the road and I winchh to yiur trailer hitch and then you send it in the opposite direction

 

They say the front, as it is, is North Austin, and coming this way in a very undetermined speed. Good, can turn off the AC in the sunroom still on! And some rain, means I can not worry too much about watering!

 

Oh yeah lol forgot about that. I needs to get a winch. Gotta have that substitute front diff

 

We'll have to have a competition, and have @lilred95 make a trophy. But, requires pix to validate!
