    Oh yeah, I remember that place.

    There's probably some dude on here with enough land to put a kickass shed on and have that be a community garage. LOL

    Oh and snag like 50 of those mints they have out in the baskets too. Those only cost you your dignity when people see you stuffing your pockets.

    I've had a lot of guys tell me that the #1 problem with running a shop is if you're a great guy that everyone knows, people are stopping in all the time just to chat with you, so you can't get any work done!! They're always talking about how "Auburn should have done this, should have done that" and how "Bama just wins all the damn time that it's boring to watch" and regular old Huntsville things, like how much extra creamer to grab at the chicken shop, etc... hahahha

    :rofl::rofl:

    hilarious.

    yeah I don't mean a public shop, just a place with a lift open for friends/family to come work if they want to.

    eh I'm not really a "project vehicle" kind of person. I want to have/build a truggy one day, but if I can't get something fixed in less than a month I'm probably not keeping it lol. just not a hobby of mine to just work on something that much. had a buddy build a 67 nova basically from the ground up over like 2 years and I just kept thinking how awful that sounds lol

    ah gotcha, yeah I don't plan to have a lift occupied for super long periods of times if I have one, but that's all subject to change. btw this is the car he built.

    lol I know. if you'd really like to mess with me you'd joke about getting beat 1 on 1 by the chicks. the ones that play are like freaking superstars that an ol' fatty like me can't keep up with.

    haha I'd like to see anyone on this forum keep up with some of these ex track star girls. I can guarantee of all the bama members I've met not a one of em is beating some of these gals in frisbee.

    yes, but the stuff that would keep it on a lift for an extended period of time is probably something I myself would not be doing/have the skillset for.
