    Is there an optimum backspacing? I know @JoeCOVA had recommended 4” backspacing in his intro to 35s, what are you guys running on 37s?

    If you can keep your cv axles linear and not at a angle at ride height they are very strong. Had a buddy on 37s with close to 3 inches of lift and frequently broke a CV axle, one he lowered his rise height were could hit the same trails and he would not break. We both run 37s with 3.5 lt kits on roughly 1in of lift. If you go lt then you have more leverage on your outer tie rod. As far as rack n pinion I got tired of waiting for everyone with their 2k plus solutions so my buddy and I made a full hydro kit in his truck and few modifications it's in its final stage and I'm going full hydro this winter. Just blew up my last rack n pinion this past weekend that was my 4th rack.

    I thought about it and it really depends on the person. If driving a new vehicle is all you care about then as it gets older the returns diminish. If you offroad it or use it for work the returns are fluctuating and maintaining relatively well, which is kinda why these trucks maintain so much value.

    My 37's are 35.5" actual. This is the reason I went with BFG because I knew they run small. If they were actual 37" I'd be cutting A LOT more.

    I cant speak for the other types but the STTs run small. My 315s new were smaller than my bald MTRs.
