The adjustment screw usually takes a lot. If it gets overturned one way or the other it will slip off, so you might have to remove the housing to play around with it.

 

VV I think he nailed it. I'd be concerned that it was turned too far one way and either fell off the adjustment screw or it stripped out. If it's stripped, I'm not sure there's a lot you'll be able to do about it. I'd start by taking the headlight out, reaching inside the headlight (wear nitrile gloves so you don't leave finger prints you won't be able to wipe off later) and try to manually adjust the lens using light pressure inside the headlight while turning the adjustment screw at the same time to see if you can make the adjustment screw engage the internal piece again.

Ah reviews on Amazon say it sucks so was wondering if I should bother

 

works great for me. i had it save my two sets. itll download one off the truck and then i loaded the other set of codes via computer. now switching between winter/summer is literally just plug in and push a button

I'm trying to get it done asap as I have a friend lined up to help unload it. Otherwise late would have worked
