That's how my dad's job is. Once a year he has to work 14/12s for the turn around and is salary. But he typically gets every Friday off from November to New Year's instead of every other Friday. Plus his work buys up to $400 of boots for him every year, which means I get a new pair of boots every year

 

I’m hourly so that’s where all the $$$ is. I need to get into a sales job where your production = money. Harder you work the more money you make.


Right now I make the same if I fuck off or slave drive which sucks

Go find a solar energy company that does housing. I have a student who works for one and he legit made $2500 last month selling solar panels and systems to people out West on I10. I didn't believe him until he brought his paycheck to school. He would be making a ton more if he wasn't getting a high school diploma. He mentioned that he upsold some rancher a 96,000 system and will make a nice few grand commission off of it.
