I had bought some NFab steps a while back off the forum. They were a little beat up, so I stripped them down primed and painted with a spray on bed liner from Duplicolor. It lasted through two winters in West Virginia behind wheels with no mud flaps. I sold the steps and they had some parts that flaked off on the leading edge, but it wasn’t too bad. In a truck bed rack, it’d probably do just fine.

Yup! That’s what I did. The Falken MT01s cost $210 each at the time. Just made the cut at $420 for 2. Ran the transaction twice and got all 4 tires in 315/75/16 at $640 shipped to my door.

 

And then get two spares
