This thread goes way back so I'm just gonna ask can you give me some current info on this style knob? Availability, price, options if customized. Thank you.

I have a batch that is ready to sell, but I haven't been posting them.

I was getting a bunch of "which one is better" questions, and basically other forms of decision paralysis on the buyers end so I pulled them.

None are better, it is all just a matter of personal preference, so I have just been waiting for PM's from folks who read the first post and generally know what they want.

Left side is all V2's. MT in the front row, AT in the back row.

Middle section is all V1's, MT in front, AT back row (although, most of the V1 AT are sold already).

Far right side are blanks of Titanium (4 ), and 7 are 316 SS. I will be working on these for the next month or so, then will shut down around Thanksgiving time. Whatever inventory I have can be sold after the shut down, as I do not mind engraving to order since that part goes pretty quick.

Do you guys use any sort of chemical to protect your shift knob or did you guys install as is? I just received mines all aluminum and unfortunately dropped it. Now it has a small scuff on it. Through a quick google search, there is everbrite and protectaclear, but they are expensive for my one time use.

There is a product in the Amazon links at the bottom of the thread (was used by at least 2 members here IIRC), although I have never used it.

Well pleased with my new shifter knob. Looks great and feels hefty. Some pics:

I put together a short install vid (V2/MT/3rd gen) for anyone who's having issues, or if you're thinking about buying one and wondering how it all fits together. Hope it helps:

    Thanks, Rick!

You are very welcome. That video is a huge help. Have a few projects in the works and I will be in touch to send you some free stuff for that.
