    Here’s a video how to remove the lower dash as well to access it.
    Also it’s the relay closet to the door behind the fuse panel. Your gonna want to remove the bolts and nuts for the fuse panel it’s a tight squeeze.

    Yes, all you need is a 10mm deep well socket and ratchet, Small flathead screw driver, electrical tape and of course a small idea of how to disassemble the dash.
