It looks like the other side of the truck might be sunk in the mud. If he's sitting on the frame or buried up to the axle in mud, there's not much you can do. But, I don't think I'll be buying any Kelly Tires just in case.

True. That probably would be a good situation for the traction boards. But, I'm betting that having a buddy pull you out is a lot less messy.

Yeah, she was stuck. The driver rear and passenger front weren't touching the ground and the skid and diff were plowing mud. I learned that if you think you might need to lock the diff, you should have already locked the diff.

And yeah, I ended up ordering some XBull traction boards while sitting in the truck. I've read they aren't as good as maxtrax but for 60 bucks they are pretty decent and I could buy 4 sets for the price of one maxtrax. Also looking at a set of 32" Toyo open countries. These 245/75 Kelly's aren't that great. They came with the truck when I got it.

Honestly didn't know he had recently bought a jeep untill he showed up.
    :annoyed:

maybe could wait it out until the water and soil get a little more solid from the colder temps coming any day now
if no other options found it might work

A shovel will get you out of nearly any. Just might be a lot of work

For sure! W. Stiles Tower Rd. About 2 miles in.

Cool little dirt road. A bunch of hunters in that area right now. That was my plan C.

That's a great line! I'm going to keep this in mind, as I tend to never use the locker.

The search continues..lol! I’m sure something will come up that’s not from SoCal! Although I’m not patient so I might just have to go aftermarket.
