Well I’m gonna put the cooler and tumbler on my Christmas list lol

I want to get rid of my NFL cooler. I’m slowly retracting my fandom.

Dude foam rolling is a must. Are you talking about anterior pelvic tilt (butt wink during squat)? I used to have it when I squat. Remember you want to foam roll your quads and back muscles. Also, you want strong glutes and core.

That too... I use to squat with an extremely narrow stance literally ass to grass asian squat . That stance and how low I was squatting led to pretty bad butt wink as well. Since I've started foam rolling, I've been able to widen my stance a good bit. My squat has always been depressing and the one lift I could never get dialed in.

I buy 12lbs of organic chicken every Sunday. Is that considered bulk?

Lol where do you get it?

I mean more buying sides of beef, pork, lamb etc.

I am trying to find a good supplier and I want to start buying meats this way. Its really not that expensive you just need to be prepared to drop $1,500 at once (for a household of 2-3 for a years worth of food).

Poultry prices are insane though. Most places are $4.75-$5/lb for chicken :bananadead:

I will look at my local Kroger but that seems dirt cheap for USDA certified organic.

I hope thats the case because it would be a score.

Fresh Market. 2.99/lb chicken and ground chuck on tuesdays. I fill my freezer once every 5-6 weeks

    From their website:

“Unmatched quality. Exceptional price. What makes this duo so enticing is the quality of our product. Unlike other stores, our expert butchers grind our fresh chuck daily and only sell it the same day it's ground. Our chuck comes exclusively from quality steaks and roasts, with no fillers.

Our hand-trimmed chicken breasts are all-natural, non-GMO and 99% fat free. They also come from chickens that are fed an antibiotic-free, 100% vegetarian diet, non-GMO diet of corn, soybeans and minerals. Because caring about what we eat extends beyond the table—in this case, it means caring about what our chickens eat, too.”

Usually will split a cow half/quarter with people. Buddys family at work does grass feed cows. Usually $4/lb but that’s steaks, roasts, ground etc

    Yeeeeeeeah

I not super trusting of all that shit. Which is why I’m gravitating towards buying from a place I know and not a big name label that can lie all they want.

I still want to know what the fuck an all natural chicken is. Or better yet what an unnatural chicken is

Yeah I can get a 1/4 steer for $6/lb but its good ass cuts of meat.
Not much more if not cheaper than grain fed store bought cuts.

I ran out of all my beef and lamb so I need to restock. But I was buying prn and not sides

Is 1/4 steer too much for two brahs for a year?
I’m worried about buying too much and shit going bad.

Speaking of chicken, anyone in here use an air fryer frequently? I'm getting bored of always baking/ grilling my chicken and am toying with the idea of picking one up

I use an air fryer. We cook our fish in it, and it makes it amazing. We do potatoes and such. Have done chicken a few times too. It's worth it IMO.
