That's not true, actually. I don't have that much time.

Thats pretty neat but i think he was over-exaggerating on how shallow those wells are. Clark county is known for shallow sands but i've never heard of wells that shallow. If he said 300 feet, i'd believe it.

Yeah, there's drilling all over the place out there. I remember thinking that it was pretty crazy how close they were to the roads and highways

It’s a problem for sure. Part of the social trends going on. Everyone judging each other and applying labels to themselves and others. All too serious.

Yea everyone is offended about everything and people have lost their sense of humor. What a sad existence it must be to be like that.

Forums were once a place of intelligent, respectful conversation and a great way to learn. Not so much since the social media age.

We have a recycling center near us, takes everything, used oil, filters, oil containers, coolant, etc. No limits.

Is this seriously not available in America? Drain the oil into the box, throw it in the trash. As easy as it can get.

I'd need 3 of those to my both of our vehicles adding about 36 bucks to the total oil change price everytime I did them. No thanks.

I was not able to find that exact one, but the ones available to me were about 12 dollars.

I buy a bunch on sale so it's usually in the $2.80-$3.50 range and I just put all 6 quarts in 1 box so it's cheap enough for me and I don't gotta deal with loading used oil into used containers then into the truck and taking it somewhere

It's a cool idea but it's only beneficial in an area where trash is incinerated. Other wise it will just end up in the landfill and at that point there isn't any benefit over just pouring in bottles and throwing in the trash, which obviously isn't advised. Personally, I don't mind taking it to the auto parts store for them to recycle, i'm there pretty frequently anyway

Thats more affordable, I'd still need 3 to do both of our vehicles.

I take these boxes to my neighbor. He burns them in his fireplace in the winter for warmth. And tumors.

I use to smoke Camels back in the day. When I was in the Army I smoked Pall Mall. Didn't have to worry about the brother's bumming smokes off me. :) Once they saw I didn't smoke Newport's they didn't even ask me anymore. LOL!

When I lived at the house I use to own across town I use to put a gallon milk jug full of used oil in with the trash then tie the bag. Trash man threw it on the truck and away it went.
