That would suck. And awesome to see you not only lifting, but Powerlifting and competing! Kudos indeed. And yeah, your spotter looked killer for 58, that's what I'm talking about!

    How did that happen?
Surgery to fix or just PT.

Knock on wood I’ve never had a back injury. I feel like I can deal with just about anything but back issues have to be the worst.

No surgery, thankfully. Amazing what PT can do. Lots and lots of it.

I did it deadlifting. Felt it twinge. Kept going. Body freaked out and put every muscle around it into spasm. It was wild.

Right on. Today was leg day for me...not my favorite either but, an absolute must. Especially when you have scrawny legs like me.

When I'm not feeling it on leg day I go in and do 10 sets of 15-20 on everything. Leg Press and Hacks single leg. Just assault the shit out of em and teach the mind to enjoy leg day.

    Holy fuck.

    Short story

Had to get back of iPhone XS fixed. They said it would take 2-3 hours to do and the place was an hour away. So being a 2 birds one stone guy I am. I decided to get a day pass at the LA fitness in the town.

First off. Having a big gym is awesome due to allllll the equipment and a protein bar and a bunch of shit. Like. That’s cool.

    secondly

WHY DO SO MANY OLD MEN HAVE TO GET NAKED IN THE LOCKER ROOM. Like yo. Was not expecting that at all lmao.

Appreciate my little gym a lot more now due to no naked old men everywhere lmao

    I go to La Fitness.

Our racks are always taken up by guys all hours of the day. I wish they took out half the dumb ass machines and put in more racks.

Its a nice gym otherwise though.

The locker room comment makes me LOL. I’m glad I’m damn near blind without my glasses on lol

At my gym there are these two dudes, gotta be 45-50 years old. They stand across from each other in separate shower stalls showering just talking to each other with the curtains wide open. They continue to walk naked with each other talking for as long as possible to the lockers.
    Its weirds me out.
    Must be a generational thing.

I used to go crazy on leg day. It's mucho simple now! But, I'm still trying to hit all the main muscle groups in one workout 3 days a week light, moderate or heavy so I guess they get a little more than just on "leg day". :D Although that hasn't worked out quite the way I've wanted the past 2-3 weeks.

    You clearly never played sports....
    You either...

It may be older guys that do it mostly, but shit I’ve done it plenty of times. Used to it i guess.
