    Still soda and sugary drink free since 4/2 of this year. I've lost 40lbs since quitting. It's sound preachy, but if anyone is drinking a lot of soda or energy drinks please cut back or quit.

    A few years ago I was drinking 5 or 6 mountain dews a day.:eek: But I stopped and switch to drinking coffee for my caffeine fix. I started feeling so much better after I stopped drinking so much. I don’t drink soda much, usually only time is if I’m eating out some where.
