    I took Auggie to the vet this evening. she’s gained 1.1lbs since her last visit and the infection she had is steadily going away. She got another antibiotic shot and we’ll follow up again in two weeks.
    I think the old girls gonna stick around for a while. :D
    They did say they would like to see her put on a little bit more weight but as far as anything ailing her she seems to be doing much much better. :cool:

    I just wanted to thank everybody for all the well wishes, very much appreciated. :thumbsup:

    Gizmo voicing his opinion on the heater being turned on . It was 27° this Morning and currently 43° and it's cold inside my place

    Gizmo is not happy he's meowing loudly walking from room to room . He's done this since being a 4 month old kitten and will act this way for over a couple weeks

    Any ideas on how to stop this behavior with the heater being turned on ??

    This is "Mouser" as we call him. He's been paying us a visit a couple of times a week for about 4 years now.

    We don't know his story...whether he belongs to someone or is a stray. Took us a very long time to gain his trust.

    But he knows he will get some ham, chicken or turkey out of the deal and lots of love from my daughters. He's come along way over the years...from being skidish and keeping his distance to falling asleep next to me as I sat on the porch.

    Because of his unknown history and his size and strength it's just not smart to ever let him meet our kitties. Just potentially too dangerous.
