I'm about to DRMO a shit ton of gear soon.... Not because it's unserviceable, but because of uniform change pattern change. But I'm looking the new gear so far, so I'll deal with this mass torn in.

 

I use all my gear I'm issued....I don't sit behind a desk. All the crap I'm about to turn in for my season has been used

 

DX'ing gear took an act of God for us lol. I had to purchase so much of my own stuff. I've got 4 tough boxes and 3 packing boxes of left over gear. I did keep my old k-pot, though. Sentimental reasons.

 

Tossed all my leftover chit I couldn’t give away in a dumpster leaving Korea cept for the class A ribbons and awards. Wouldn’t fit now anyways.

 

I have my dress greens and dress blues still, but I could be fully kitted-out with just adding some body armor lol

I'll build a setup like mine from A-stan. The last one I built cost $400 minus ceramic plates.

 

For some WEIRD reason, I've still got my entire TA-50. Signed item list when I EOS'd and never got charged for any of it. Full molle ruck, ACH, IBA, etc... I've been waiting for this sht to show up on my taxes so I can go yell at my old supply sgt

 

I got you bro, Full gear issue. 7t got blown up when it hit a mine and CO wrote off all gear on board as destroyed, we all got brand new gear and told to keep our old shit with the warning not to sell it on ebay.

My old boss, the unit Supply Sergeant, tried to me after I got out and came back to the States. I was on terminal leave for 45 days, and when it came time to actually get out, I found that he had tried to charge me for some crap that he evidently had lost. prick, but the officer handling the case believed me.

 

In Boot, our Sr. DI told everyone, that Marines don't steal things from other Marines, One Marine long ago stole another Marines gear and ever since everyone else has been trying to get their stuff back.
