    wow just teared up. my FIL who passed away two years ago always coached the Nats. from his recliner.he was a dang good ball player in his day. always told my boys pitching and batting its easier to adjust your stride to change things than
    mechanics. work on those in pratice. Howie Kendrick just said the same in an interview. I know he was watching in heaven
