    Thing is not only do they compete for food sources, they are destructive as hell on nest turkey poult recruitment. Hell, they are just destructive, period. Terminate with extreme prejudice.

    Hence why Texas, Georgia, etc basically said 'fuck hunting laws, make the grass grow!"

    Imagine if you went to you DGF/DNR/whatever and asked to hunt deer with NFA items from aircraft. They'd laugh you out the door.

    Yes sir. They pretty much destroy everything in their path.
    A buddy hunts over there, I took those pics on his farm in January. He usually shoots 3 deer a year bowhunting, says he's lucky to see 3 in a season now.
    Side note; when we were hog hunting in Jan, I got to see a group of 30 or so blasting through the woods. That was pretty cool. Later, I sat by a tree for about 10 minutes and a couple of coyotes came in from my left at about 20 yards. One of them stuck around.

    Do you all have any limits on coyotes? Year around season with no daily bag limits here.
