@Winkle99 and I both went down to 5 PSI for Hells Gate. My side wall was rubbing itself

lol, We would do that anyway, just saying spend the dollars on improving the trucks off road capability, we have plenty of ARB's to take care of tires.

That's really the only way you can be sure he airs down.

One of the rare times I aired down to 15 psi. It didn’t help. My passenger side tires still slid off the wall, putting Winkle in a bad state. @In4aride guided me out.

Probably helped more than you give it credit for. I didnt even have the guts to do it in a manual and you made it up without damage so that's a win in my book.

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build
15 is fine, especially for slickrock.

Just gotta hang higher passenger on that obstacle and you'll cruise right up. It's really not a difficult obstacle, just intimidating.

Group of FJ’s I was with aired down to 15 both slipped off the wall. One had duracraps. Guy at the top watching yelled down and said “yo, you gotta air those duracraps down more” I immediately aired down to 8-10psi and went right up the same line. Granted their wheelbase is different.

But yes, 15psi should be fine on slickrock.
