What's up guys? I'm relatively new to Tacomas and TW, and by that I mean I've been lurking in the background since I bought my truck but haven't really shared much. So, after owning my '17 DCSB TRD OR Quicksand for about a year and half I decided it's time to start a build thread to track it's progress but mainly just so I'd have somewhere to dump all the photos I've taken but never really show anyone.

    Little background:
I'm from central IL, the land of crooked politicians, high taxes, and absolutely nothing fun to do but drive back roads, shoot guns, and over indulge in alcoholic beverages. I'm a gun junky and amateur photography nerd who works 70+ hour weeks to fund his Taco problem.

So, to start this show, the day I brought her home:

Not yet on the UCA's, I will eventually but with the minimal amount of lift it gave it, its not causing any problems or handling issues so it can wait.

I put the wolf in the title but he hasn't made an appearance yet. My best friends name is Duke and back in Dec. 2016 he decided to come live with me. The first 8 years of Duke's life weren't the best, so he came to live with me, and though he has some minor health and some major temperament issues, he's made a hell of a roommate.

Nice build, I have an identical lift except using 265x70x17 tires... are you getting any sag in the front with the 888's? I also can't make up my mind if I should throw in a spacer for the taco lean.

It has definitely settled/sagged some in the 15k miles since install which I was surprised given that I don't have that much weight on the front end. The kit I ordered from Headstrong came with the 1/4" spacer plate to eliminate the lean and so far appears to be working.

Back in April before my busy season at work really kicked off I got to spend a 3 day weekend in Shawnee National Forests and then headed down into Kentucky to LBL for 5 days a couple weeks later.

Very nice OP. Especially like the wolf. Can we get a look at the hood graphics? I’ve thought about doing similar but diagonally on the sides along the bed and rear doors.

Probably the best pic of the graphic I have right now. I picked it up for like $50 from Tactical Shit, first thing I did to the truck, needed something quick and cheap to make it a little different then the other half dozen quicksands running around town.

Yeah so far I haven't experienced any since installing mine in July but I definitely want to do the 1/4" headstrong spacer. Wish I had planned ahead for that. Probably will just do the ECGS at the same time even though I don't show any signs of needing that at the moment.

I don't have the exact measurements anymore but I'm guessing probably 2" in the front and 1-1.5" in the rear, after everything settled.
