The only acceptable form of off roading is beating the shit out of your truck in the desert. All modifications to ones truck should be focused on being able to hit sweet jumps and woop sections at the following venues:

    1) Baja
    2) Galamis/Pismo
    3) Ocotillo well/Superstition
    4) High desert

If you disagree mabe golf or bird watching is your thing.

I've come to think that maybe you're both assholes. But why ignore? Where's the fun in that? What am I, some kind of whack-o who goes on TW for information about my truck?

I bet we'd get along famously irl.
Maybe we should plan an overlanding trip.

It's where you exercise in a way that maximizes stress and potential damage to ligaments and tendons in order to look really cool.

Don’t forget about the speed. CrossFit isn’t really about the person doing it; it’s about doing it faster than the person that’s doing it next to you, so you feel good about winning, not working out... Push-up races anyone?

    Oh shit.
I just realized. They've both already ignored me!

    I can't say I blame them

I love the ignore feature, have about 9 people on it. The ones I'm constantly seeing post negative stuff or just being assholes in general. Out of sight, out of mind. Really cleans up the threads.

I'm pretty fucked up because I'm partly worried that I might be on that list and partly hoping that I am

If someone is ignored, you don't see their posts but they can see yours. They have no idea you're ignoring them. They can like and quote your posts, and you get no notifications.

If they do post on a page, at the bottom is a little button to "view ignored posts". Then you see the thread like normal. Can quote them and whatnot.

You're not on my list at least. Seeing how much time I spend on here and how many posts I make, to have a list of only 9 people, they really earned it in my eyes. Every once in awhile I'll "view ignored posts" out of curiosity and it usually reaffirms my decision.

    Overlanding is glamping.

Me and a buddy went camping for a few days and only needed to put a cooler and shovel in the bed. Everything else we needed fit in my access cab. Never understood adding 500lbs to the truck to go camping.
