    Could it be something you’ve eaten?
    One time I took a yogurt to work and I didn’t eat it. I come home and put it in the fridge and I ate it the next day. I got some serious serious stomach cramps in the middle of the night. I was in a fetal position on the couchFor a while and it went away but it was really scary.
