Nice Daniel! I really like the newer sidewall design. Pics don't do them justice.

It really doesn't!!! They seem so much meatier than the second gen KO's I had previously! I do need to trim my fender flares a bit in the morning and find out why only 3 of 4 of my TPMS sensors made the switch....

Yea, not sure what gen they were back in 2000, but that's what I had on my 1999 Ram. Back then I was impressed wit the performance in the snow here. They just loaded up too much. From what I hear, that has improved considerably.

I hope the installer didn't damage one during the install.

The heavy exhaling in this video was a little weird. It was both disturbing & soothing all at onces. Like the screech of a bold eagle in nature.

Damn Daniel! Noris is looking sexy as always

I have a really good relationship with the shop that did the work. I called them this morning and will be taking it in Monday morning to have them install and program a new sensor.

Will also see what they will charge me to replace my other dead one so I can get the TPMS light functioning again.

Nice! Hopefully it was a programming issue and they didn't snap it. If you raised it off the ground and spun the tire you might be able to hear it moving around. Although it sounds li,e the better idea is to just take it back like you're doing.

They outright didn't install it. 3 of the 4 have the sensor installed 4th is just a regular rubber valve stem. Lol

Ok when you said "made the switch" I thought you meant you had 4 and then discovered later only 3 were working after they installed the tires.

I see how that could cause confusion. The switch I was referring to was them moving the sensors from my oem wheels to my moto metals that are now on the truck with the new BFG's!

Well the wheels aren't exactly new...The rims were on the truck about 4 years or so ago until the tires were thrashed. (Although this all pre-dated the Lair) I had a nearly new set of bfgs on my stock wheels and we had just had our first baby, so money was tight. Rather than dropping a grand on new tires at the time, I put the oem wheels back on. Those tires lasted me about 55k miles. Now the chrome rims are back on again since I had to buy tires this time no matter what.

I will likely plastic dip them black if the weather cooperates and warms back up before we slide into winter for the season.

Crystal clear now. When I looked at the pic originally I thought how hard core the wheels looked and remembered how much I like chrome. They'll look good black too.
