The 101 yo, isnt that the way you guys are planning on going up? I assume the SD guys are gonna go the 5N to 405N to 101N or 5N to 134W which turns into the 101N...

5am from SD is ok as long as you are moving by 5am...that L.A. traffic gets bad fast espically on Fridays!

 

Hey, so we can get those whips and flags up there right? Maybe I can just put a flag on my cb antenna.

lol so we're in a gas station right.where is Cali st at?

 

california st is at the end of Ventura which is the last gas before Santa Barbara. Cali st is where the ventura pier is and where the ventura fair grounds are. when you exit C st. you make a right and there is a Chevron gas station on the far right side of the 1st signal, which you can see as make your right off the fwy. There is a Habit burger place on oppisite corner, and liquor store too. The on ramp going north is just one signal up too. Easy in and out for the freeway.

do you mean the 126 to 101...the 126 puts on the 101 just a bit before california st....If anyone is out in ventura a lil early they are more then welcome at my apartment to chill till the group from south is up

We are leaving Thursday Night at 6:00 from L.A. I will be towing the truggy behind my Tacoma, and Ralph will be towing the toy hauler with his Tundra Crewmax 4wd 5.7. Should be hitting the beach no later than 10:00 PM.

 

yeah. there are stores along the entrance to the beach where you can get them.


I'm leaving the camarillo area at aprox 6:00 on friday. should be on the beach by 8:30 - 9 ish

 

Bringing the quad Nick?

 

Yeah...got 2 other buddies going that are bringing quads too

 

Add me, I can make it with my white prerunner, Ill be the guy running stock with a cal poly sticker across the back haha

 

Lance and I will be staking out the camp on Thursday and I will post the exact location Thursday night. We normally have the spot already picked out, but the dunes has some areas that they would prefer us to set up, so we will either be between pole 4 and 5 or at pole 6 like last year.

We'll have them for sale right at the camp. You are fine driving on the beach with no flag, they don't enforce it until you leave the beach area.

You are fine to put a triangle flag on your CB antenna as long as it is over 8ft from the ground to the flag.
