Chrome delete

 

To all those who are going crazy deleting all of the chrome on their Taco. I would like to find the chrome bezels that go around the fog lights. Does anyone have them for sale?

 

I think I'm gonna do the same thing. Do you have any pictures of the powder coated wheels? What tires did you go with?

 

I added my diy cap rack. Still need to finish painting it and may add some side rails but I like the way it looks without them.

 

Got my Morimoto Fogs put in, really simple switch to make. @msp2640 i did what you said and just reached in behind the headlight and I didn’t have a problem! No more chrome look on the outside

 

Thats dope, thanks for the info i will take that into consideration! I went with the oldies but goodies BF KO2's they have been great for me in the super sandy areas i have been, nothing too too muddy yet AZ can be dry!

 

Damn, I like that a lot. Subtle but helps with no chrome.

Got rid of the BFG KO2 245/75/r16 E in favor of Michelin LTX/AT2 P265/70r16 SL

No more steering wheel shake and 10 pounds lighter per corner

I think they are OEM “predator” style. They were already on the truck when i bought it.

 

To counter the lean when putting a lift on, do you have to add a spacer or is there another option?

Got my new exhaust installed

 

Gibson Exhaust and TRD Pro skid plate

 

Dropped in on my buddy's development to test out my 4 wheel drive. Wasn't needed but I wanted to play with 4-Lo to make sure it was good to go if I ever needed it. Got home and painted my TRD skid plate and changed my oil (put on the aluminum filter housing and a fumoto drain valve). Just over 1k miles so it wasn't needed but I wanted to flush any shavings out now. There was some in the plastic filter housing but not as bad as a friend's filter housing on his first change.
