Ya like a bunch of others have said you need snowies. Personally I keep running my muddies and just throw a set of vbars on if it gets nasty lol, but I'm also just in the faser valley in BC I gotta go find the snow, I never add weight to my bed, my fat bitch is heavy enough she weighs in at like almost 6000lbs now lmao. Those times it does snow I just run like 20psi with the rear locker on hahaha it's fun

Yeh shit hey that’s a worry. Even in 4wd with a bit of extra weight the ATs won’t do the trick hey.

I ran ats for years they got the job done but in AB or the BC interior I'd be rolling studded snowies for a daily rig.

I think I’ll give it a go cautiously this winter with ATs and sand bags and at least I know where I should head from there and whether or not I dig into the piggy bank for a good second set. Thanks for all the info guys

Biggest tip when driving in the snow - learn when to stay home or pull off the road for the night.

Staying in a motel overnight is way cheaper than getting yourself out of the ditch or worse. If you don’t feel comfortable driving, don’t risk yours or the others on the road!

As other have said, snow tires are a must and match your driving to the conditions!

    Good luck and stay safe!

    Still thinking about it.
Blizzak and 4WD! Anything less is a compromise :)
