If you've got limited knee flexion this machine works awesome !!!!

The first day I used this machine my max pull was 7.5" . Up until Nov 1rst my max pull increased to 11.25"

Since having the staples removed I feel I can pull harder on a cold knee ( first pull of the day) . That first pull is now very easy at 11.25" and after a couple of reps I can easily pull to 12.75" . I can also hold it at 12.75" for maybe 5 minutes before releasing the tension

This machine is awesome and I reccomend using this , the results are awesome !!!

Here's a video I found on how it works !!!

Every island in Hawaii is loaded with Toyotas. Owners mostly, rentals not so much.

Imagine how much nicer TW would be if they gave you the banhammer for a weekend.

    ... I've said too much...again.

    Morning
    I hate standard time.
I want it brought forward 2 hours and left alone.
    Just throwing that out today.

So Carol and I did a thing yesterday.
My son ( who I’m so proud of ) has been working his ass off the past 6 weeks.
He bought a new (to them) house.
So he has been prepping the old house for sale.
    Painting
    Repairing
    Cleaning.

    Painting in the new house.
    Poor guy is exhausted.

Yesterday came together nicely with 13 of us doing the moving dance.
Few minor issues found that escaped the inspection.
So back up there again today.
Going to attempt a few repairs and put stuff away.

Last day for us as I need to get back to my shit to prep for winter.

You alway want better for your kids.
