I'm not getting off until 7 pm tomorrow, but it's all good. Going to be a great day on the farm. I'll be free in a few weeks and hopefully get to tag on along on some of these rides soon.

depends on the model. JKOwners was where I hung out. Jeepasylum was just getting started up by some of my good friends from there but not sure if it ever took off. Jkforum was a joke. You would get banned for mentioning products that weren’t site sponsors.

I had my stock sensors swapped from the stock 16s to my Icon 17s with no issue.
I would be careful ordering them though. Amazon reviews say about 25% of OEM sensors arrive faulty. They send you new ones but you are out the mount and balance fee. My 07 Lexus needs new sensors and I’m just going to let the tire shop order them so it is their problem.

Definitely get a tire shop to order and install. I got 4 new sensors put in my level 8 wheels by discount tire and had issues, went back the next day and they re programmed and linked them to the truck for free. If it happens again I’ll be going back on their dime.

Thanks Mark! I don't know if 285s will fit on a 7" rim. Some say yeah, some say no. More research time!

I wanted to keep my stock TPMS that was already linked to the truck but DT threw in 4 sensors for free to avoid having to break down my stocks so it worked out.

I rebuilt and used the TPMS that came with the truck but one or more went out after a few months. Just ignored since then for the last 3-4 years. So needing new tires and want to get new ones. Since the stock ones were good with the new rims (at least for a while) I have I think what I am finding online will be also. Of note, did not know they have a battery in them that runs out after 5-7 years according to what I see online.
