So do we! Apparently we are toxically masculine to the point that it even perturbs other men. I thought I was a decent person until this thread. Now I’m second guessing everything.

    It’s like...
Every time I shift a woman gets passed up for a promotion.

We don't HAVE to keep shifting. In fact, that's one big advantage we have over you. We get to maximize the power output at any given speed by NOT shifting.

You DO have to keep shifting (erratically and often too soon), dropping your Taco off the ideal power curve for the 3.5

So you keep on shifting, dude (you really don't have much choice)

You should see what happens to the overcompensating brodozers every time I engine brake.

Honestly, I enjoy firing my Browning lever action much more than the AR-10

No, because manuals existed since the beginning of vehicular history. The AT was only invented to exploit the unrealized riches of the handicapable labia market.

You are right. MTs are ancient. These fellas are some of the very first manual guys.

Actually this represents 14th century technology, and everyone knows the AT was invented several hundred years later. Well, almost everyone, apparently.

This ^^^^ truth. And for some of us the stick was on the column, aka 3 on the tree.

If I can get a Green Pro MT I'm going to start wearing skinny jeans. Then I'll have a real reason to have a truck key too. ;)

Supercharger, sway bars, lift, leather, tires, Gobi, etc.
Manuals are cool, like manual typewriters, Morse code, and buggy whips.
