Skid Plate

    Hood Strusts, remote Start, truck came with Leveling kit and wheels.
    So I have been on leave this week and I decided that I would do a few things to my truck. I reran some wires, sand blasted and painted my skid plate, I also added the blinkers to my corner lights Used LEDS. I'm also playing around with a fog light idea.

    Here is my skid plate. So far it just has two coats of Rust-oleum Automotive paint.

    Looks good so far, & getting the rest of your plate off is kinda a pain in the ass I know, good choice in paint, can't go wrong with rustoleum, good heavy enamel keep it up....:D

    I have the rear plate off but I dont really care on how it looks because you cant see it..

    you should paint the pinch weld to while your at it, i think i might try to do that today

    Here's my Fog light I was talking about... Its not the best right now but it will do.. Later on ill try to make the shroud better looking.. BUT I didn't have to cut or drill anything...

    looks good, i want to respray mine as well....i was thinking about doing it in a wrinkle finish but i don't know how damage resistance that paint it

    that or getting it done in a powder coat since i can probably get it done free

    No, see, if you paint stuff in your driveway every time, then you'll never need to get your driveway professionally sealed! It is like a constantly refreshing coat of paint. ;)

    I usually put down a couple 2x4s on the lawn and paint there. then cut the grass and the overspray is gone!

    My Driveway is mostly painted now after painting my truck in it twice plus repainting my sliders and bumpers and stuff so many times. Eventually ill probably just paint the driveway too.

    Yea i live in a military house... so i dont really care.. maybe some how the snow will take up the paint...
