Does anybody here have sumo springs? If so how do you like them? I just put an extra 2-300lbs in the bed that will most likely be permanent and there’s noticeable sagging. I just don’t want to drop 1k on Deaver springs just yet

I've heard good things about them, I was going to use them instead of doing an AAL to my Dakars but figured the lost up travel wasn't worth it for me.

    Squeaky, in general.

With the HDs, I can load my bed full of firewood (by full usually heaped above the sides) and still be about 2" off the bumpstops.

I haven’t had the truck out in the dirt since the summer. I finally brought it up to my sister place in Beacon NY to see how it does in some of the rocks up on Mount Beacon (not legal) Of course I didn’t get any pics or videos of the more gnarly trails (only me and my BIL spotting)

either way good trails and makes me so much more motivated to get sliders and a high clearance rear bumper on this thing to be able to push it that much harder.

I have had them for about a year now, with no complaints. They handle heavy loads with ease. No problems off roading either.

It is a heavily used set of trails that has been in used for over 50 years. While obviously not a sanctioned ohv area it has tons of trails. So in short, because I can and the trails are good.

And the sumos don’t have any down travel issues? I would think they’re based on factory ride height
