Funny, the first thing Buddy would do after jumping up onto the windowsill is taking a bunch of long sniffs (window screens down) before scouting the neighborhood for birds/squirrels...lol

    Jaxson being Jaxson today.

Starts the day off with some kisses post breakfast, ya know because Dad must eat raw chicken too, and then climbs every tree in the neighborhood half way and looks down to get my approval...

Pictures courtesy of the fiancée, who may/may not feel I love this cat more than her. No comment...

That top pic is exactly what Harley does to me, but then he tries to bite/pull on my facial hair. Sometimes I think I should just clean shave to avoid having him bite me there, hurts like hell lol

Damn it, I'm so sorry to hear this. In my 66 years I've had to go through this more times than I like to remember and it never gets any easier. RIP Piper.

Anyone else get a little nervous when their purrito starts kneading on their lap? These daggers have caught the inside of my thighs a few times close to the boys...

When Hobbes thinks I am paying more attention to the book I'm reading or the show I'm watching than to him, he will reach out and place his paw gently on my chin then ever so slowly extend his claws until I have to give him attention.

Guess I'll wait til the sun goes down to make the bed.

He's pretending to ignore me but the twitching tail gives him away.

She's getting bigger and a bit more rambunctious. ~3lbs now.
    IMG_20191023_082732.jpg

Still has a little trouble keeping her tongue in her mouth though...

When people find out he’s an F1 Savannah with a Serval father and say “he must be aggressive and always ready to fight.”

    My response:

“Or he’s just a goofy window licker half the time....”

Rascal protecting Dad !!! , She knows I'm not feeling well yet and sleeps in my lap or on my pillow in my bed

Its funny how cats can sense an injury or illness from their owner

His dad is an African Serval. He is roughly 55-60% Serval by DNA.

When I say that I don’t mean the breeder went to Africa, captured a wild Serval, and bred it to a house cat = Jaxson. Yes, Servals are by definition 100% wild bloodline, but bottle fed as babies and raised only by humans (when speaking of breeders) means they’re tame compared to what you’re picturing in your mind as a “wild animal.” Still not an animal to take lightly by any means and you need to know exactly what you’re doing, simply trying to put it in perspective.

He is neutered, so he wouldn’t spray or else I wouldn’t have had him fixed. He isn’t aggressive other than with food when other cats are around.

Very social, unless there’s 2-3 people over at once, he’ll keep his distance like any cat until he feels comfortable.

I adopted these two yesterday. Oldest is around 3, youngest is barely 3 months. Both awesome cats and taking well to their new digs. Doggo wants to play with them but the old lady isnt pleased and hissed from the other side of the door. It'll be awhile before theyre fully introduced.
