    When I purchased them (not group buy) i got an email stating that my order would be shipped out once the headlights were ready. They would hold off on shipping the fog lights until everything was ready.

    Email them, I found it’s faster. Usually respond 1-2 days later (for me at least)

    These headlights are awesome, they’re functional and look amazing. Unfortunately I am one of the ones with the fuse tap issue with them turning on/off all night long. (All my neighbors know at this point and no longer call). One of those things, if you drive your truck every day, the on/off of the drls shouldn’t kill your battery... at least i hope it doesn’t... :oops:

    I emailed them on 10/30 at 8am and till now I haven't got a response yet, I know they dont open on weekends so I'm giving it a couple of more business days. So far not impressed with their customer service and I dont want to prolong this situation and them saying I took to long to notify them or some bs like that.

    There aren't ANY problems requiring production-side fixes, actually. There will be no "V2".

    2 days is pretty much standard for the CS side, depending on which day/time the email was initially sent. For faster service, I'd call or use live chat--email is naturally the slowest means of contact unfortunately.

    I bet there's a connector inside that came undone on that one projector--an easy fix when you have the housing open, but that's not something we'd want you to handle yourself! These connectors are supposed to be glued in now as well, so nothing to worry about moving forward.

    I don't work in customer service actually--my involvement here is personal since I have a Tacoma ;) We have 25 guys in CS these days.

    I was also out last week closing on and moving into my first house.

    What do you mean ? There’s been quite a bit of wiring issues. Lights not being as bright as they should..lights going out...

    I've called and was told to email (was on hold for over 30 minutes) tried the live chat twice and both times was told to email. I emailed support and warranty Wednesday morning 10/30 and now its 11/4 and still nothing.

    I think those are on the SR5 thats having issues, if you have a TRD model everything works. Mine during the day time running lights are super bright and it dims just like the oem when when you turn on the parking lights and headlights.

    That doesn't at all indicate anything needing to be changed on the production side, just some small issues here and there.

    No, you’re right. My apologies. I do love the product. Just with a MSRP of 1500... I just wouldn’t want anything to happen.
