Does anyone have a picture of the complete structure? I'm having a hard time seeing how this is all put together. I'd look, but they kicked me off the lot last time.

Here's a couple pics that paint a picture. The radiator core support is one big ass piece, spot welded in place I believe. It'd be a PITA to replace it.

So the core support is tryingng to move independently of the rest of the body?

You can't stop it once it has already started. At this point the name of the game is patching and band aiding the trouble areas until you can either afford and or have the time to rectify the issue entirely with an engine cage.

I've been driving on a damaged core support bulkhead since 2014. Tons of cracks everywhere but since relocating the battery and doing the bushings the issue has not gotten any worse. I did, however, pull the vehicle from off-road duty since that time.

If I were you I would do the same until you can cage it if it is your DD.

    Listen to him

cut back to fire wall and build engine cage with core supports. Tie it into the cab cage down the road if u must.

I haven't gone out and looked, I will look tomorrow when I am at work. I am nervous about checking, but my couch has a tight grip on my ass.

That was the inner fender cracking, if I recall correctly.

Need to see if the chargers can actually score a TD. They really suck inside the 20 yard line.

    Looks like another snooze-fest.

Although, the Packers can come back at will on most teams. So, we'll see...

I'm happy to report that I see zero cracks on my taco's radiator support.

I beat the hell out of my rig, 98k and not a single issue like this!! I did upgrade the radiator support bushings @30k when I did all my mods, highly recommend as that is a weak link on 2nd and 3rd gen trucks.
