Shout out to @Island Cruiser for the sweet new rings. They are in amazing condition and shipped super quickly. Thank you!
Now I’ve got an extra set “just in case”. I can change the look of my wheels/truck without swapping wheels. Thoughts on preference?

Initially I added an ICON aal to my rear spring pack without my overload spring. I had done nothing to the front. I had a nice rake, not too much. I then added 1/4” top plates to the front. Still had a rake but it was less noticeable. Lastly, about a month and a half ago, I swapped the 1/4” top plates for 1/2” ones and put the overload back in. It has a small rake now too but the whole truck is lifted 1”

@QuicksandTaco my current set up would work well for you. However, it sounds like your rear spring pack has about had it. A progressive aal would help but I’m thinking it won’t raise you that high.....but it will raise you up. You can try 1 of 2 things.

    1. Put a progressive aal on (icon or wheelers) with the overload. See where your at and add either 1/4” top plates or 1/2” top plates.

    2. Get new rear springs. Dakars or better yet icon rxt’s. Start with option 1 on those then again add one of the top plate choices I spoke of above....

    3. Buy these 6112’s and install them at 4/3 clip setting with aal and overload and see what that gets me haha

Following up on this. I read that 1/4” spacers wouldn’t require longer studs? Did you just do it for reassurance knowing you might’ve been going with 1/2” later on? I was thinking the shorter nuts from Wheeler’s would help fit the 1/2” since the stock nuts have a gap at the bottom

For the 1/4” plates I did not because there was plenty of room. I switched them when I did the 1/2” plates. My comment above on this is with the mentality that I’m doing the 1/2”plates right off the bat.

I think it sits about perfect. 1” is barely noticeable, and it doesn’t squat when I have weight in back

^this was right after installing AAL + front spacers

Here is my contribution, added a 3/4 plate to the front and aal to the rear on the stock pack with the overload still in it.

Almost level it has between a 1/4 to 1/2 rake. Hard to tell on this pic, i need flat ground for a better one.

That really came out nice James. Did you wet sand the areas, paint the stripe, and clear over everything? Or just sand and paint the stripes?

If you or any other pro/baja owners (except @Island Cruiser) need extra OEM hardware, let me know. I'd just ask you'd pay for shipping.

I have about like 30 extra pieces lmao.
