    Well I finally got a doe! There were 3 that came in because they were jumped from the neighbors property. They were super skiddish and I couldn’t try and stop the big mature doe and she started to step when I shot. My height was perfect for a heart shot but it was back like 4 inches. Made tracking a pain but after waiting and then tracking all over the place, we found her! My buddy is a state trooper hunts this same small property and he came out to help us find her. I realize it’s not a monster buck, but not giving up was just as important and it worked. Meat in the freezer!

    My PSE carbon air stealth weighs about 3.4lbs bare, 5.5 with sight, rest, and stabilizer. Grip is just painted carbon, never gets too hot or too cold. When you pick it up without any of the stuff on, its hard to believe such a light thing can be so deadly

    Hahahaha!!! Yeah he is a good dude. Neither of us have had much luck this year since no acorns are around. It’s only a small piece of land around houses and stuff but deer do come through. This year has been very unpredictable at best.

    Thanks man. My time is so limited with PA school that I have to get out when I can. It’s also an hour each way so it’s been rough, but meat in the freezer is well worth the time spent!
