I just replaces IAC and cleaned the throttle body. Rpm in park 1200 and drive 950. Replaced some vacuum lines. I also unhooked battery for awhile.
Any suggestions would be appreciated and videos.
    Thank you

What was it before the new IAC valve? Clean the MAF sensor?

Maybe you can pull a used OEM one off an engine at a PicknPull and see if it fixes the problem.

Something similar happened to me a few years ago after I cleaned my throttle body. I also cleaned my MAF in the same tinkering session. I observed high idle for about a day (same numbers as OP) and then it went back to normal. I assumed the ECU needed to relearn the A/F ratio after I removed the excess carbon from around the butterfly valve.

Normal for the idle to be a tad high after cleaning the MAF and/or throttle body. Mine idled around 1250 and slowly went back to normal over the course of a day.

If it idles really high or doesn't go back down then you might have issues with the throttle body needing to be re-bored. Sometimes when they get old the butterfly valve wears a small groove in the throttle body, when you clean it that groove now lets air past the valve at idle and messes with the idle speed.

Give it a couple days and see if it goes down on its own, usually does
