Milwaukee had a low boy flood light that might be helpful because you can set it up under the truck

 

You cam jack it off anything solid under the truck. Rear axle, front cross member, the frame, the front control arm.

you can put jack stands any where on the frame or under the rear axle as long as the truck is probably balanced
