Still a learning curve to get Firestone to set my caster past 2.5. Even brought the instructions for the SPC gonna set caster full then take it up for them to do camber and toe!

Anyone here just cut the pinch weld or can it only be hammered? Just did 315/75/16 and looks like it’s going to be in the way

You just need to use Mjölnir. It's a bit easier if you cut it and then beat it back. Then seal it.

Only running 33s, but cutting and hammering the pinch weld help me not rub under full stuff.

Therein lies my problem. I don't offroad often, but when I do, I like to go to places where 35s would help immensely. But running 35s for just a couple weeks out the year doesn't seem worth the added strain and cost (regearing, mpg, etc). But sure as hell looks sexy.

I Like your front fenders a lot.
What did you do after cutting? Is it hollow? Did you have to remove the wheel well liner?

    Thank you

Okay, so I am leveled on 35s, I did my BMC, fold over pinch weld, and even cut/fold fender and cut my fender flare in the rear of the front tires. I have about 90% of my steering on flat ground and want to be able to go offroad... I don't have the money for a full 4" lift with a new UCA right now, can I just get a "High Caster" UCA? will that bring my front tire forward the extra 1/2" or so that I need?
JBA has a high caster UCA, and Tuff country has the 50935 model which adds 6 degrees of Caster at 2" of lift, which is what I have upfront.

What should I do to get that extra clearance to hit some mud or sand trails? I'm not doing any crazy crawling or anything either.

The problem though is that it isn't even rubbing the body mount, it's rubbing the cab, and I really don't want to beat my cab in my an inch or so. That's why I am exploring the UCA option and really trying to see if that would do it for me.
