Wow! So many peeps coming out of the woodwork! :bananadance::bikewhoops::headbang:

I didnt want the extra expense but after much internal deliberation decided I must do what I have always loved more than anything while my body still allows it.

I'm currently in the process of turning one of my YZ450F into a supermoto. Nice to see some others, I'm jealous of those KTMs

so close. had 9 bikes in my life, you have 10 listed there. in 1996 i got run over for the last time and gave it up. it was a good run. i'm on life 9 of 9, so my risks and rewards are on 4 wheels plus nowadays.

The 1984 KX80 was an amazing bike, very fast and the first year of the front disc brake. I loved that bike.
The other all time legendary bike I loved on your list is the 1996 CR250R. Absolutely rocket of a bike! Great list of bikes man! The 86 CR125R was no slouch either!

Yep, I got that keg shoe horned under the FJ. Even though I got it up as far as I could, I did field test the clearance with it on the trail last week. Rocks put it right where it needed to be. Good to go now. Actually thought I jacked it up good, but it was just a rear sway bar bracket that I ripped off. If anyone has a spare, let me know.

I have a temp gun, if you want I can test it.

Dude, hope your finger’s ok. Bike looks awesome!
Also, why is it that one post about a KTM and everyone comes out of the woodwork! Quite a cult following there.

Na it’s ok. At one point I looked into getting my exhaust powder coated. I’ve since gotten the the JFR y-pipe ceramic coated....

Very nice pipe Mr. Roost. It went in easily. I connected it to my URD headers and Borla catback that is dumped behind the axle. I decided to try it without the resonator and it is only slightly louder on cold start, idle, and cruising, but much louder when accelerating, and it sounds very different. I will add a resonator back in, or possibly try a different, larger muffler.
