    Without the blue tin sign at the nose of the spot I don't believe it's a bona fide spot. My local PepBoys remodeled & moved their entrance. Now where I like to park is the former handicap spots that look like your pic. They relocated the tin signs to the new entrance but left the paint on the blacktop to get scrubbed off naturally.

    It's the only HC spot in the lot (for this group of stores). I agree, it might not technically be a HC spot, by letter of the law. But the guy is still a douche for taking a spot that is generally understood to be the HC spot.
