@OnePuttBlunder you were spot on money wise. Update: I was quoted $271 and change to prime-sand-block and repaint the minor damage to my grill surround. Taking the truck in tomorrow and neighbor already wrote me the check. Shit happens and a minor inconvenience but my truck will be back to brand new end of day tomorrow.

 

That's not bad mine sucked cause the location. Front passenger fender and bumper needed to be dropped to do a quality job.

 

I’m down for anywhere that weekend. Gila and verde river to the north have some gorgeous areas.

 

Yup, shop said they could touch up the damage but it would still be visible to the naked eye. I opted to have the grill surround removed and fixed/repaired and repainted with clear coat. Especially since my neighbor manned up and wanted to pay for it and make it right, solid move on his part.

 

Was really impressed with the Gila area need to do some more exploring especially north of the river to identify good sites. Perfect low desert winter camping area

The next time I see the Z I will actually be able to drive it. I think Pitstop Performance was the right place to take it. The guy that is working on the Z goes by Igor but his nametag says Dr. Z. The blue Z with the hole in the hood makes 1000 hp to the wheels!! These cars were just in their showroom. There was at least a dozen other Zs there.

 

Lube up that undercarriage!

 

That 240Z looks like about the same year as my uncle's...I know who to ping if the buyer falls through!

 

I think the only car that was there for sale was this fast and furious skyline out front.
