    we have excellent well water. Its got some minerals but tastes great! Funny thing---In Maryland on the way to gun/shooting range Id pass by this one location, and see a line of cars on the side of the road like there was an accident or something. Finally slowed down one day to see people loading up on "spring" water...it was pretty good stream, I dont know if I'd drink it but they thought it was great...

    Speaking of stuff hitting you on the highway... got hit with the full length of a truck tire in my old Subaru (on I-80 going like 85)... looked like a leaf on the wind until my windshield exploded. I was boxed in so it was either tire, Semi (on my right), getting rear-ended or guard rail... chose the tire. Smashed the front passenger quarter panel all the way to the rear driver roof.

    Just me in the car and yeah I was fine, sunglasses saved me. Cops said I could drive it to the nearest town (Laramie) to get it fixed so I drove it like that for 30 min on the interstate and then tore out a big hole so that I could see around town when it was dusk (glare was unbearable trying to find a shop to fix it). The looks I got were pretty memorable tho.
