This sadly, will be the ultimate deciding factor for me. Whether I go with boost and what company I go with is contingent on a California legal setup. Quite possibly, no one will produce one. In that case, I'll have to stay N/A.

 

Tangent- read an article that some auto manufacturer's are going to start meeting federal standards, ignore California's and let California choose to not allow their residents to purchase new cars. Toyota was one of them.

 

Magnuson will be California approved. They even give you an emissions sticker if you need it.

 

Oooh, would love to see a smack-down between OEM and CAFE. End user would be squeezed initially, but I think OEM would win if they had the guts to see it through. Unless of course California could pull cards with the Feds.

They will be using HPTuners software when it releases is my guess.
