it all makes sense now. I think that might make it more comfortable for me. I will focus on this on Wednesday.

 

I followed that BS myth of the knee position for about 3 weeks and then I said hell with it, it was incredibly hard for me. I feel soo good now doing it with some knee over toe. More control and stability too.

 

all you’re gonna do is teach him something stupid like how to spray smartwater on your thighs to deadlift.

I over cooked them last night. It would be ok if I had some ketchup or salsa to put on it. It tastes good, just super dry bleh

 

I’d be 6% like @dwalden2 if it wasn’t for ketchup. I love it too much. I eat it on breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I go through a 64oz bottle in less than 2 weeks.
