Can anyone post pictures of the Rack + how it clears the fin antenna? The one that the dealer installed as part of my 2020 purchase interferes with the antenna when extended. (The rear bar hits + depresses the antenna/roof slightly when I click it into the receptacle)

    Thanks.

Unloaded it should clear that fin and fit a full size locking carabiner spine in the gap with room to spare — sorry for the dumb reference pic, a carabiner is what I had in grabbing distance. If the crossbar is in the hole correctly and hitting the antennae fin then that means you are exceeding the weight limitations. But, and I get this is sometimes a thing, are you sure you didn’t stick “it” into “the wrong hole?”
Edit: I guess it’s not the wrong hole, it’s just one you need to be sure about before you go for it.

I've had the OEM rack b4... adjustable bed racks are way more useful, IMO

Yakima overhaul HD + Retrax cover would be the bees knees but $$$$

Did you find a solution for this?

I just got mine installed by the dealer and when I got home, I extended the cross bars and realized it does the exact same thing. My antenna and roof are depressed when I insert and secure in the hole.

I don’t mind driving back to dealer but if you’ve found a solution I don’t mind fixing it myself either.

Pics? It shouldn’t be doing that if it is installed correctly AND you are sticking the little nub into the “traditional” hole. (I just can’t stop with these two-holes joke—I’m sorry.)

I'll get some pics up today. Currently at the courthouse for jury duty. Fun stuff!

Called the service depart at dealer who installed them and they said to bring it back in as they don't know what I'm talking about. Does anybody know if they've changed the antenna at all on the 2020? They seem to be mounted correctly and if they're still using the same predrilled holes in the roof, it's odd that it doesn't fit.

Sticking the nub in the traditional hole, i believe. I mean, I've heard no complaints?

So at the dealership. realized that 2020 antennas are moved forward. Which interferes with the roof rack.

Parts said there’s not even an option on the roof rack for 2020 at this time. But once there is they’ll install for free and allow me to keep the 2019 one to to resell so that’s a plus? Lol

    I’ve attached pics for reference.
My cement is the 2020. Other is 2016-2019. 46DE6C8A-51DF-4ADC-B62D-CD69D04CD3DB.jpgDFD61A08-16F2-4BB6-9450-1945B41A8E01.jpg

I was gonna post pics of mine. I saw a 2018 in the work lot and the antennas looked different. What a dumb change.

    (No I haven’t found a solution yet)

Did you use the same Mighty Mounts to mount the awning? I just ordered an OEM rack and an awning the other day. Thanks!

No. The awning is the Slim Shady Awning from Yakima and it comes with its own quick disconnect mounts that work with a ton of different racks (including the OEM rack). Their mounting system is awesome by the way for this awning. Hope that helps.

If I had to do it again I would skip the OEM rack. The spacing is an odd size and too wide for some accessories. I had to add an extension to our Yakima basket, but still cut the basket down 1-1/2" so it would fit the rack. Our cargo box won't fit either because the bars are too far apart. I think the bike racks would fit, but it's fairly tall to load bikes. I guess it would be a decent kayak carrier, but in general I'm disappointed with the rack. We have a similar factory rack on our Subaru Outback and it's much nicer quality and more usable.

What did you cut off 1-1/2" of to make the Loadwarrior + Extension fit the rack? I'm toying with solution as well. Did you cut off 1-1/2" of the extension, one of the main rack pieces, or something else? I assume that was to make the mounting points fit the fixed crossbar spread?
