Well kids I have made a BIG MOVE. Gave my employer my two weeks notice. I have taken a job more local to me. The commute,40.5 miles one way, plus crawling around on boats has taken its toll. My new commute is 30 miles both ways, and the new job is easier on my body. Plus I really hate BOATS,nothing is ever square.

I am going to be building high end guitars , Heritage Guitars in Kalamazoo. I will be working in the “rough mill”. Very tight tolerances, making the bodies.

    Evening Everyone !!! :hattip:

Quite the afternoon I've had today , earlier today I was out walking around trying to get some exercise . About near the end of my walk which was maybe a half mile I started feeling lightheaded , dizzy and ears ringing

After talking with my PT / Home Healthcare provider who was here for my PT this afternoon. He said I possibly had another low BP episode or Orthostatic hypotension episode . This is now the 3rd time since the first episode two days after surgery . The 1rst episode my BP was 68/89 and it scared me as my light head sensation and sick stomach and never had this before and felt like I was going to pass out

Luckily I've got my Primary Healthcare doctor appt in 2 weeks and will mention it to him but know its already entered in my healthcare records

The other issue I had today was my good leg " my left leg" is buckling and giving out and won't support the weight from my right leg which had the knee replacement . My left leg my knee is buckling or hyper extending and worrying my Home health care PT . He's very worried I might fall and told me I need to not use my cane and rely now on using my walker to get around
